I think its because pay pal didnt want to play ball, so now they gonna get bankrupt, and im wondering if the lawsuit has anything to do with the bank secrecy act.

hmmm.. I didn't get much information from that settlement site, and then it just died on me. The efta site didn't give much info, either. Could you describe what it's all about?
