The radiation cloud still stay in the zone. It will come on Japan very soon, so all Japan is concerned about radiation now.

The cloud is still dispersing worldwide, but yes, for now it looks like it is swirling above almost all of the Island.

It has yet to fall, though, which could be pretty much everywhere...
