I found this pdf regarding "actions" taken against doctors. I dont have much time right now, so I figured some of you might be interested. It is dated, and I intend on seeking out an updated version, but for now, I hope you enjoy.

So? It's published yearly. And many more registry's exist (national practitioner database for example...
