We all forget that technology is not a static thing?

What if algorithms for manipulating nature /Earth ...have been tested and implemented to the degree that those who are behind Governments can manufacture ....floods , Earthquakes,fires,droughts ect ect.

Are we now entering that Orwellian era of terrorist attacks on the Human race by , Corporations who can benefit by subjecting Humans/animals ect to extremes?

We all get hung up on I Phone and computer advances , but perhaps we have been asleep as science fiction , has become superseded in relation to" disaster creation ".

earthquakes, floods etc etc ... all part of nature, stupid humans, if it hasn't happened in my lifetime it must be a conspiracy ....
