WTF?

I know I'm supposed to add a comment here but I am literally running out of words.
What can I say?

This is the same quake as the Western Florida earthquake from a few moments ago.
This is not typical!!!!

We're not even on a fault line (although this would be considered the outskirt of the New Madrid)

All I know (if related) the ocean took over the beach today. There was hardly any beach. So, is Earth bulging?
I am really only throwing this out. I don't want to cause panic but there IS a little too much going on.

Wow that is strange. I've been there many times on vacation from New Orleans. Maybe its related to the BP hole in the ground.

Volcanic/Tectonic activity is increasing, the planet is cooling because of it.

Scientists don't even know about half of the underwater volcanics, to expect them to have every fault line mapped out, would be a bit much.

so is this one the same as the Florida one or a new one?
Sorry on my phone and can't look it up myself

Just wondering why you would make a second thread on this topic about 15 minutes apart? Especially since it was shown in your other thread that while it is not common here, it is not unheard of.

Curious is all.

Wow...all I can say is wow.

I've never seen someone panic over absolutely nothing as much as you do.

There are a good number of offshore platforms in that area.

Seems to be the same time. I am on the east coast so I can't be a witness to this so, assuming the reports are correct, yes. It's the same quake!

You know a 3.5 may be nothing , but it is still news some of us would like to know. With all the recent earthquakes in AR. Plus all this news along the New Madrid fault line. You people who are bashing this man because he is keeping us up to date is ludicrous and ignorant.

Thank you for all of your post's. They are very informative and I personally enjoy every single one you put out.

So when Manhattan has a 'weak' earthquake of 3.5 (that will likely take down some older buildings), I'll just add this on to here just for you!

Now, don't worry. Everything is perfectly normal. Enjoy your weekend

It's the location. Not the strength.

You people are likely to get blindsided very soon but hey....., make sure you tune into ATS (with my very little effort) to keep you updated on any late breaking (strange) news that can possibly give you the enough 'coincidences' to potentially save your life.

Ah but don't worry, your sarcasm is thanks enough

This is an unusual area for quakes. I have been watching the quakes daily for 7 months and have never seen one in this area. Could it be connected with the madrid and what's going on in Arkansas? Who knows.

You will always have those who will bash any post out there.

I love your earthquake posts don't stop. The only earthquake i ever felt was when there was an earthquake in the gulf back in 2006. As shown here.
