Way to search for your threads?

Is there any novel way to search for threads that you started or posted in in the last X amount of hours without having to just scroll through the forums until you find the thread you're looking for? I know my ATS show subscribed threads but that really doesn't help when looking for a recent thread. Can anyone help? Moreover is it possible to search for your last post within a known forum so you can resume reading at that part?
