Uploads Disabled (help!)

Is there any way at all for someone like me to upload pictures into my profile. My only access to the internet is through my Android Ally 3G smartphone. I would really like to have a profile picture, but have yet to find a way too post pictures to my profile or photo album. It just says Uploads Disabled.

Is there a site moderator or technician who would be able to post pictures for me, or an email address that actually works. It seems as if I have emailed a few different people with this issue and have yet to get a response...hence this SOS post!

Any and all helpful suggestions are greatly appreciated!

If you can send me links to the images you want to use, I'll upload them to my media and you can use them. Send a u2u and there shouldn't be a problem.

I see that you got a picture uploaded. I have internet and still cannot find a web site that works to allow me to upload my avatar...Frustraded..lol

Send me a message, with a link to the image you want as an avatar, and I'll sort it out for you. Takes five minutes.
