Im wondering what will this new law or rules will have on AboveTopSecret.com? I'm interested is what if any changes we will see and will this law lead to changes here?

How will this affect ATS, the owners, and us members? Or is it too early to guess?

The law is more directed toward ISP (Internet Service Providers) rather than publishers and media companies like us. I actually appreciate the fact the ISPs can no longer (in theory at least) throttle down free content or, worse yet, seek to charge for content provided by other companies (like The Above Network) over their cables.

I don't see any changes coming for us because of this.

Would you mind breaking down the main points into bite-sized pieces, for those of us who may not be so fluent in ISP -speak?
