During a demonstration, it's common to see the police trying to provoke the crowd. The goal is to incitate violence, so the use of force becomes justifiable. I'd like to see for a change thousands of demonstrators without the habitual vandalism footage in the news.

If you have to participate in a demonstration, bring cameras... and pillows. Stay far away of anything you could trash in your angriness. It could also be interesting to see multiple compact groups, instead of the free flowing, anarchic crowd.

Did anyone thought of a guideline to a peaceful and loud protest ?

IMHO
stay home strike - avoid compression...there is nothing to incite
bank run - everyone take your money out NOW ( pick a bank with clout so when they see the run start they Hopefully will intercede to fix the problem being protested against to avoid continuation of the bank run)
Goldman Sachs would be a good example, look at the clout they have.

avoid fake protestors ( police trying to start violence which they plan to use to demonify the protestors)
everyone hold up their camera so everyone can see the cameras and the protests
no protestors with masks

Thankyou for making a thread for this, I feel this is something they do more often than people think. There really is no way to prove something like this occurs, and it makes a "PEACEFUL COUP" inherently impossible.

Good idea 'Bones,
Take out your money from the banks in your protest. But you would still need a silent parade from the debankers to show that to all and sundry this is a person in protest, in fact the more I think about it, a perfect protest.
