Cheney vs Assange, who will end up in court first

Given that Assange and Cheney both have outstanding Interpol warrants issued against them, although Assange has now been remanded in custody, who will end up in court first. Comparing the crimes of alleged rape vs $180m bribery and corruption case is difficult, both are serious crimes and must be explored and examined fully in the public arena.

However, I would be willing to wager a substantial sum of money that only one of these fugitives will ever be brought to trial for the crimes of which they are accused.
