The Oligarchy is dynamic. Old dynasties fall or fade away and new ones rise.

Dynasties make alliances, break alliances, compete and conflict. Each Oligarch has his or her own vision guided by their own ego. The accumulation and preservation of wealth and power plays a major role. Each strives to dominate the others. Some being more philanthropic than others. Most, if not all, feel they are doing the right thing. More often than not the ends always justify the means in their view.

I wouldn't call them One World anything. These are American dynasties of oligarchs I mentioned. I never brought up non Americans, since the title of the thread is: How the Oligarchs took America. I didn't mention the House of Saud, Windsor, Hapsburg-Lorraine, Stewarts, Rothschilds, Spencers, Mitsubishi, Mitsui, Yasuda, Sumitomo, Lee, etc. Thats a whole other topic.
