The Federal Reserve has proposed changes to TILA (Truth in Lending Act, passed in 1968) that will have a severe negative impact on borrowers fighting fraud today as well as borrowers in the future.

IMO, this is further evidence that the Fed is conspiring with the banks to bilk the borrowers and investors alike and to cover the rampant fraud that is currently infecting the economic system here in the states as well as abroad.
