The first civilian trial of a Guantanamo detainee ended Wednesday with an alleged Al Qaeda operative being cleared on all counts but one in the
bombing of two U.S embassies.
Looks like the first casualties of the civilian courts will be the victims families. This guy was all set for military tribunal and Obama and Holder
changed that. I know that at least one witness testimony was excluded due to interrogation techniques. Me thinks this isn't good. What say
you?

I've been hearing all about this from the late night right-wing radio shows.
He'll be sentenced for 20 years to life, but that doesn't seem to matter to those radio hosts...he should've been convicted of EVERYTHING he was
accused of, at least that's what they keep saying.
