You are really onto the main point of it all here, and other people who can see the opposites in everything will see it too.

Everything has a spark of light in it, a small amount of goodness at the very least. Barring someone like Ahriman of course

Going back to the allegory of the darkened room, or the cave as so many have called it, there can be a hundred objects filling the room, a radio, chair, bookcase, and a candle. Once this candle is lit, the room and everything in it has been illuminated, darkness is gone.

The point being, light and dark are not opposite, darkness (evil) is the absence of light, and it only takes one light to be lit to send the darkness reeling and bring all the other objects (people) into light.

This is to everyone on this thread, just because evil seems to be everywhere, don't worry. It only takes that one light to bring back the spark of goodness in everything it touches. Many movies will do this to you even, interacting with you on an emotional level when the good guy wins, people find love etc. etc.

Even better, if you want it to be so, you should make sure you are the spark of light in the world. It doesn't mean being religious, it means doing things in the right way everyday in everything you do with honesty and integrity. People will catch on. Enough people catch onto the good deeds you do and you'll bathe the world in light

Good question.

Here is the answer:

The same essence that energizes evil is the same essence that will in the end energize good.

That’s why in the end good will prevail

and BTW, it has nothing to do with faith
