The lawsuit alleges that about 20 Boy Scouts ages 11 to 14 were left without adult supervision for a night outside an approved campground. Some of the boys built fires that were left to smolder and spread across more than 14,000 acres, the lawsuit says.

Wow, this could wipe out the organization. The BSOA have been in the appearing in court for a variety of reasons lately. Although none of them had been related to camping. Is it cost recovery or an institutional hit?

Ok at least this is not some crazy ACLU anti-BSOA suit.

They is no need to sue the enitre orgnization. You are attack divisions of the BSOA that were not invovled and could'nt have been involved in this incident. That is like suing the enitre NAACP becuase during a rally a few of member's attacked a bystander. The majority is not involved.

I can see why they are suing. But the BSOA are not to blame, the idiocy of the parents are to blame. They should either A, be suing hte parents in chrage of that camping outing, or B. just sue that division of the BSOA.
