President Barack Obama has exempted four countries from a law that restricts the United States from providing military aid to governments that employ child soldiers, and a Republican congressman who co-wrote the law wants to know why.

A memorandum signed by Obama and released by the White House on Oct. 25 claims that the exemptions are due to “national interest.” The countries exempted are Sudan, Chad, Yemen, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Those four countries were named in a State Department report as “hosting governmental armed forces or government-supported armed groups that recruit and use child soldiers.” Two other nations named in the report -- Myanmar (Burma) and Somalia -- do not receive military aid from the United States.

There is one obvious motivation behind Obama's supply of U.S. military aid to these third world corrupt dictatorial / despotic nations using child soldiers in their ranks: Rein the Third World under globalist elite control, so that they can have unhindered access to all those minerals and natural resources they need to get into the 22nd and 23rd centuries.

This is exactly why Obama was nominated leader of the U.S by the MSM (before the last “election”). I.e. to continue policy much, as before.
Add this to him liquidating his promises to end Mountain Top Clearing (extremely bad environmental destruction, for only 7% of U.S coal production) and the name “Manchurian Candidate” comes to mind (only instead of a little chip in his brain (as in the film) it’s a Pr-propaganda advisors, microphone!!!).
