Who is the giant? I know this is probablly unusual, but can you give out your background and age? If I'm going to be looking for a nuclear holocaust here in the States I would like to have an idea of who predicted it

I predict that the sun will rise in the east and set in the west on 7 November 2010. Let's see which prediction comes true?

What is wrong with you? Do you have clue on international politics? Quoting "Star Wars" you have got to be kidding me. I'm going to remember you, just so I can ask you when is this going to happen OVER and OVER again.

I don't see China attacking us at all. They have too much invested over here to attack us. The only possible nuclear attack I could fathom would be a lone dictator or terrorist getting ahold of a nuclear devise and hitting NY City or DC. If China launched nukes at us it would be game over for everyone and they know that as well as we do.

I dont think China will nuke anyone. They dont have to, they already have us by our balls on just about everything. I pray that they never have the desire to take over the world, I love my country but Im not stupid enough to believe we could stand up to China

We have something china has little of and that natural resourses. They want our: oil, coal, natural gas, they want our farm lands. Now if your talking china hitting us with an air strike of nukes then the EMP's would make things tough for us, then they could come in with a conventional attack from mexico then we could be in trouble for awhile.

The OP isn't saying China as you guys know it is going to nuke us. He's saying the worldly elite is all in this together, and they're going to nuke the US and have China take the blame. He's also trying to say it'll happen because the US is kindof the last hurdle in the free world. The NWO would worry about the rest of the world after the US(citizens) are taken care of.

Most of you are thinking along the lines of: World is what it seems, and we all freely elect our leaders.

OP is thinking along the lines of: World has secret society who run the show in the background and we all are pawns.

Not trying to say any of this is true whatsoever, but try to get on the mindset of the OP first. Even if these prediction threads are getting ridiculous.

Really, from Mexico? You've been watching too much Red Dawn. I could definitely see nukes being used for air bursts and EMPs, though. But I can't see China doing it.

China is waging an economic war and winning. They have too many investments in the US and any attack could damage them.

Forgot about that movie till you mentioned it. I still stand by my reasons. A conventional (non-nukes) would damage very little to what china wants (see above post).

Exactly. Here's the deal now that I'm sober.

If you take the US out of the equation as far as military dominance, who does that leave in a position of power? China and possibly Russia. If and it's a big IF, the US' military were to be neutralized, who would be left to stand up against either of the two? WWI and WWII were tough with the US, and I don't think it's a far stretch to say impossible to have been won without the US effort.

China owns us, yes. But they own a bunch of "I'll die first and take as many down with me." We're really not very appealing to them as far as that is concerned.

Our land on the other hand is and I bet they'd be willing to wait out a nuclear winter to use it on down the road. The only thing saving our butts was the fact that we were the leaders in consumerism that ate at the table for world markets. Our economy is shot and we won't be in a position to be a major buyer of world goods sooner rather than later.

Add in the fact that Monsanto has created a zombie outbreak in the agriculture community and you have further justification. Now to kill the strain, you can either deal with the farmers who will have to be compensated and will not likely stand around while any governing body napalms their fields, or you can just take care of them as well. Cheaper in the end, and a ton less paper work.

Remember, one justification is enough to start a war. Give them a handful, and then you make them feel it is a duty.

Why not just cut out the middleman and invade California. No need to invade Mexico first and you don't have to deal with the gun toting Texans. Also, they'd be going after our oil reserves so they'd most likely hit Alaska.

Where do you all come up with these theories about what countries want a piece of whom? You couldn't be more off base. Why in the world would china want to nuke us, or for that matter take the blame. The Trade agreements we have with them are solid. They make a TON of money of the US. If we were not around what do you think would happen to Mexico????? We are their big brother that stands behind them.

If it does happen, hopefully it is at the senate when all senators are there, god as much as I think it is disgusting to wish people dead, as much damage as they have caused and unexplained hardships they have caused many families, it would probably be better.

America needs to remove foreign military, leave the middle eastern war zones to rot in hell, back out of all these global trade industries, remove all outside corporations that do not reside in the US, tax the hell out of the ones who do but use foreign slave labor to produce, remove 90% of foreign aid around the world, start drilling for our own oil as we have a megaton of the crap, stop buying barrels of oil from the middle east.

Remove all politicians who have held the seat over 8 years. All of them gone whether good or bad (the bad far outnumber the few) put term lengths on all seats all the way to the district judge, make them climb the political ladder or get out of the job. Kick the old ones out and bring in people who will work for the people.

To the US, who is a threat and why, how can they use that to control them? That, is probably what they are thinking.
What I believe they will do...

Iran: They will let them go nuclear.. Iran has already stated that the next reactor/s they build will be a wholly Iranian venture (No help from Russia) and will be using Iranian uranium. (ooh that hurts the cranium! ) Anything the US does to stop them will be seen as "against the people", stopping cheap power and the development of Iran. So, they let them go nuclear then stage a new type of false flag.. Maybe they spread some nuclear waste about (aerial dispersed cobalt?) and claim Iran just cannot do it safely, so the US and its allies *gags* will "help", the US steps in, sets up a facility.. Like a tumor, once in they are very hard to remove. US in Iran, got their mitts on the spent rods and they don't have generations of militia shooting at them. (Its what I would do in their place) Start "democracy"

North Korea.. May well be used to stage a false flag against China, or the US will attempt to turn them against China in other ways.

China.. Well.. they are most likely going to be the next superpower and the US will do anything to stop it. I would say that "Responsible global citizenship" will be the likely banner used to force nations such as China into cooperation with the US, enforced standards, inspections and the like. Demanding that China comply will be the US, the toothless tiger that needs the US on its side. Australia will probably be roped into sanctions against China (Natural Gas)

Russia.. Coming into money, oil and technology, with China they once again pose the greatest threat to the US so far, Putin is one VERY smart politician.. No doubt he has a few aces up his sleeve, probably a few of the old soviet "suitcase nukes" as well. I wouldn't put it past Russia to stage a false flag against themselves, blame the US and develop yet closer ties to China. Russian subs have been spotted a few times snooping around the US coastline, some people have claimed that Russia is just showing off, however it is more likely they are trying to fingerprint the US subs.

And here I am in Australia, Asia's neighbor.. a country that the US needs on its side for regional benefits, Echelon and other radar monitoring facilities, right on Indonesia's doorstep... Inevitably involved.
