Increase in Black ops funding, Decrease in Nasa funding.

Just a thought here, do you think it is possible that the reason that NASA is getting bad funding as that it is ACTUALLY getting great funding via Black ops funding? I mean what a great way to shift attention from possible NASA related black ops projects... immediately when you see 4 billion for black ops ( not legit numbers just an example) and only 1.1 for Nasa you think that the money is goign to wards black operations but not necessarily Nasa operations right?
What are your thoughts?

Who knows? I would have to assume instead of black ops, I would have to say the money is being either spent or held onto for funds towards the NWO. I mean more and more information is coming out to the fact that there is something going on with this NWO plan. And I'm sure it aint cheap to first destroy a country then bring it back up under one rule~
