I need a guide for BBCode choices and I do see this thread.

Whatever happened to the ATS Handbook?

I don't know, but I've been diverted to the ATS handbook 2 times. Unable to find it again after.

Not sure what more you are looking for seeing that loam's thread pretty much cover all the bases.

The ATS handbook was aged and the content not really relevant anymore, seeing that a lot of ATS has changed since the handbook was first written. Once the ATS 2010 upgrade is completed someone will take up the massive job of writing a new handbook.

I have the thread bookmarked and I was not looking for any more detail than that. Just wondering whether the BBCode was available in any other way on ATS.

Nope, not as far as I know. There are a couple of threads covering the same topic, but that thread is the most complete/helpful. As I said - somewhere in the future there will be another ATS handbook.

Loam's thread is awesome.

I'm thinking that a handbook should simply have a copy and paste of the instruction parts of the thread for the issue of BBCode. So in that sense maybe that part of the handbook is already written?

While the rest of the handbook is being worked on, could we get a BBCode button off the Tools menu?

There are already several BB code buttons in the reply to a post. You cannot have just one button

Look at the top of reply to post box you will see a font, size and color button

Maybe button is the wrong word.

I meant sticking "BBCode" in the submenu under TOOLS and then linking to Loam's extensive instructions.

Then to really have fun you can add Unicode
