Page keeps reloading when not logged in

I really did not know where to post this or how to search if similar people are having the same issues
maybe because im not searching the correct terms


But heres my issue
I like ATS i usually browse it from work home and different computers
but i just like to hit recent posts and see whats going on

Well when i am reading through a post and i hit back
it refreshes to the same page
i look back in my history by clicking the arrow next to the back button
and it looks like i visited the same page 8-10 times
so i would have to hit back 8-10 times to get back to the recent post form

this does not happen when i am logged in
only when i am not
it is not a problem with my browser on my computer since it happens from at least 4 computers that i know of

anyone else experiencing similar issues
