Unknown Prophetic Video

I found this video checking my regular sites online, They claim this was the inspiration behind Kanye West "Power" music video. Its an ole '70 ish movie. From the short clip it seem to very accurate about millions of people being slaves to this computer. Can anyone possibly tell me what movie this was from. The discription stated that Kanye got the imagry in his video from the anti christ in this old vid, which I personally beleive is bull, the "Power" video looks to be from a painting I seen once.
