Im not sure if this is the right forum but ive witnessed sum strange activity...

recently cardiff, South Wales has seen a huge spurt of low flying aircraft... not THAT uncommon as we have an international airport within 30 miles, but these aircraft wernt following any regular flightpaths and were seriously low.....

what cought my attention the most was that a few of these planes had their undercarriage deployed?!

were easily 25-30 miles from the airport and a good portion of the aircraft were flying 'past' or 'away' from the airports location.

any thoughts?

What type of aircraft were these? Civil or Military, and preferably designators.

Some more infomation on what you seen would be helpful to some of the aviation experts here iam sure they identify then if thats possible. Good on you for posting to dont be afraid to post if its in the wrong section they will move it mate.
