LOL well, you only really need three to make a hit song!

(quite embarrassing really...the majority of hit songs have all been 3 chords)


I like the key of A. That is my natural singing key. Ever heard of a Aussie band called Crowded House? /Split Enz?

Great stuff !

Either way, I can't give you 4 chords, but suggest anything in A would be great.

Maybe record what you come up with and we can listen?

Try the following: against four notes of a pedal A major arpeggio, play the descending figure C-B-A#-A. On the final measure you can go C-B-A#-A-G-F#-F-E for a resolution.
