Couple questions, I cant seem to get an avatar to work, tried with very small images, using the ats upload service, and the url feature. Maybe i need more posts, or takes awhile?

Second when i click Click Here For Avatar Tutorial it says

and the settings say Family Filter: OFF

So I got no clue whats going on there.
