Hero Of Freedom: Irwin Schiff

There are few people in the fascist police state of America with the balls to stand up to the leviathan on principles, Irwin Schiff is one of those brave few.

Schiff is known for writing and promoting literature that claims the United States income tax is applied incorrectly. He has lost several civil cases against the federal government and has a record of multiple convictions for various federal tax crimes. Schiff is serving a 13-plus year sentence for tax crimes (with his location listed as the Terre Haute Federal Correctional Institution). His projected release date is 7 October 2016.[1] Irwin Schiff is also the father of stockbroker and former United States Senate candidate Peter Schiff.

Schiff recognizes the following facts about our criminal system of taxation:

1. that no statutory deficiency in Federal income tax can exist until an assessment has been made;
   
2. that no tax assessment can be made unless a tax return has been voluntarily filed;
   
3. that the Internal Revenue Service, in enforcing the income tax, seeks to impose a tax not authorized by the taxing clauses of the United States Constitution;
   
4. that the United States Tax Court has no jurisdiction over Schiff;
   
5. that the United States Tax Court is not a court; and
   
6. that since US Federal Reserve notes are promises of debt and not backed by gold, earning them can not be considered income.
   

While all of those points are entirely valid and true, our corrupt system of criminal injustice as decided otherwise.

Schiff’s cases highlight the outrageousness of our criminal injustice system. The federal government is necessarily the monopoly arbiter of all disputes, including disputes that involve itself.

This is like getting into a dispute with a co-worker, and then being forced to have the co-workers wife be the judge and jury of that dispute. Of course, such a criminal injustice system will invariably find in favor of the looters who pay its salaries.

It should be noted that Schiff has spent a great deal of time behind bars, locked up in various federal penitentiaries for his beliefs. His incarceration paid for by your tax dollars. Schiff has harmed no one during the course of his life. For the sin of attempting to keep the fruits of his own labor, the criminal mafia government has violently assaulted, kidnapped, and falsely imprisoned this brave defender of freedom.

The federal government is run by violent mafia enforcers who loot the public at gun point to fund their crony corporate partners, illegitimate wars of aggression, and unlawful suppression of property rights. The criminal mafia deems that it has a legitimate claim to your property, and violently assaults all those who dare to stand against this blatant theft.

We should all take a moment to reflect upon the evil aggression of government against the innocent and the sacrifice one man has made in the defense of freedom and liberty.

Wait, what am I saying? They evaded taxation because they are thieves that wanted to get away with it.

Where as this man, was standing on his moral obligation to fight against unlawful legislation and did not attempt to hide his actions.

That is absolutely correct.

The only difference between Schiff and Geithner is that Schiff didn't hide the fact that he wasn't about to fork over the fruits of his labor to a bunch of criminal thieves.
