So as per my original question about whether or not the video is "real".....

Everybody seems to think that it is.

I know some crazy flying goes on in the military. I spent 12 months in aircrew training many years back, but didn't get through the final flights. I enjoyed some wild stuff when I was in there!

My guess is they were stooging around a bit & things got a bit out of whack.
