Lawyer told cabbie

www.news.com.au

A WEALTHY British lawyer told a taxi driver he was doomed hours before he was shot by police after a five-hour siege at his home, the inquest into his death heard yesterday.

Divorce specialist Mark Saunders, 32, told cabbie David Hay: "I'm going to die."

Within hours he had been killed by at least five bullets, fired by marksmen who surrounded his £2.2 ($3.6) million property, in Chelsea, west London.

The officers were called after reports a shotgun had been blasted out of a window.

This is a very interesting article, does any one know the back story to what happened? Almost seems like a hollywood thriller and this man across something he shouldnt have? Any one know what the full story is?

Seems very vague that attention was called after he fired a shotgun out of his window. Didnt quite mention, unless i missed it what his motivations where?

His motivations were, like to many others, drugs, alcohol and escorts.

He'd created a sustainable (Financially at least) set of hobbies that play with your mind over time and succumbed to the inevitable down side of it all.

He also sent his best friend a 'The Doors' quote text message before endangering innocent lives with his silly antics.

Sad story but not one with any conspiratorial elements to it I'm afraid.
