NAGS HEAD, North Carolina - There had been a continuing evacuation of the residents in the East Coast of America due to a threat of devastation of hurricane Earl.
Yesterday when the mandatory evacuation was ordered on the state of North Carolina. Once again the said bad weather was raised to category 4 hurricane after it was lowered down to category 3 yesterday.
The residents were advised to have a stock of food on their homes.
The center of the hurricane was perceived at 680 miles south-east of Cape Hatteras in North Carolina.
This situation is a no brainer and the best course of action is to not take chances.
It possess a strong wind that reaches 217 kilometers per hour. The hurricane is hitting North Carolina, Long Island in New York and Boston in Massachusetts.
As of now, over 30,000 residents have evacuated from Hatteras Island in North Carolina while 5,000 tourists have also evacuated in Ocracoke Island.
State of North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland were under the state of emergency.
North Carolina have already requested the federal emergency declaration from US President Barack Obama Barack Obama before the landfall of the hurricane.
Hurricane Earl firstly devastated the Caribbean due to expanded power blackout and cancellation of airline flights.
