Is Waiting for SHTF Better then Preventing it?

Is the scenario of different events worth more than the "actual' event?

Is us living in the "mystery" of events worth it? Its like living in a suspense movie. Are TPTB enjoying watching us hold on to our seats, as events begin to unfold, yet because we are waiting for a spectacular event to happen, little "teasers" are passing us by?

Our attention span overwhelmed by little (or as we see) events, building up to the best part? But because we want the "BIG" one to happen we are subconsciously allowing smaller things to happen in order to bring about the climax of life?

Is it easier to ignore "the small stuff", because we were told that the big stuff is going to be life changing? Are we really trying to make a change, or helping the machine, produce the ultimate in Earths ending?

We all want to be scared (even a little), but what happens when the big one comes? Are we prepared? Will our minds (still in the cruise position) be prepared when SHTF?

Peace.

You can try to prevent it but, there are so many countless potential contingencies that I seriously doubt you can even make a dent in it.

The best thing to do IMHO is just prepare and form a disaster kit. First Aid kits, dried or canned foods, a lot of stored water, etc.

Also help alert your friends and neighbors to make disaster preparation kits as well.

And don't even dare think this won't happen to you. (Anyone).

There are floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tornadoes etc all the time.

Being prepared with supplies is by far the most useful strategy anyone can have. Prepare for the Inevitable. Because something will happen, it's just a matter of time. Often times these disasters are regional, but with a global economy these days, a regional disaster affects people worldwide quickly.

So go stock up on essentials. Learn basic First Aid training like how to dress wounds, what types of plants have medicinal values, how to create fires for boiling water, hunting and fishing techniques etc.

AFTER you are fully prepared, than go for trying to "prevent" these disasters. But you must prepare first.

Remember the order of operations here, we prioritize with the most important steps first!

Also for good information, you can check the ATS Survival forums, Google it, Youtube it, or even check out Ready.gov the official US govt disaster preparation website.

With these resources no one has any excuse for not being prepared when disaster strikes!

Thank you. I have several threads on "survival" here, and I know that people potentially are awaiting nothing.

The facts are that with the either sensationalism or false flags everyone in one way or another is NOT awaiting something big due to constant disappointments, but when or if anything happens depends on the individual and the line "better to be safe, then sorry".

Peace.
