NASA robot to tweet from space

One can say that NASA has thoroughly embraced Twitter as an outreach tool. We have astronauts tweeting from orbit, planetary probes tweeting from space, and now a tweeting space robot! Best of all, you can interact with this new member of the ISS crew this week. Robonaut 2 will be the first humanoid robot in space, taking up residence at the International Space Station once it is delivered by the shuttle Discovery in November

How is this thing going to tweet?
At first I thought it would be akin to Cleverbot, since it has been "practice tweeting".
Hoping what it says is a bit more coherent and on topic than Cleverbot, though.

But later in the article it disappointingly sounds as if a person might actually be writing the messages...

So R2 isn't complete AI yet, oh well.

Has anyone come across this robot on twitter?
If not check this out:

On Aug. 4, 10 a.m. Central Time, R2 will be hosting a special twitter interview.

Yeah, I bet they chose the nickname R2 because of THE R2 D2. Too bad NASA's isn't as bright as his namesake.
