Kids-for-cash scheme...

Why is a children's detention center in Wilkes-Barre, PA... the only privately owned facility that has come under fire... when there are probably dozens of similar examples across the country where privately owned prison facilities are also guilty of 'hostage taking' and using detainees specifically for extortion purposes???

this is just a horrible example of how the U.S. has the most prisoners on the face of the planet, most of which are in privately owned prisons in order to turn a profit for private corporations. we need to go through and put non-violent offenders on house arrest or probation in order to combat the swelling prison population.

Most likely wanted to detain as many kids as possible as stock for his pedophile friends.

He'll get off light, as long as he keeps his mouth shut.
