Amman - A humanitarian aid convoy organised by Jordanian trades unions left Amman on Tuesday en route to the besieged Gaza Strip through the Red Sea port of Aqaba.

'This aid represents a symbolic expression of the Jordanian people's determination to stand by the besieged Gazans,' President of the Trade Unions Council Ahmad Armouti said in a farewell speech.

'The convoy carries a clear message from the entire Jordanian people that we reject occupation, we will not surrender and we will stand by the Palestinian people until the end,' he added.

Oops, and another wind up for Israel. And this one is carrying building materials as well so guaranteed to get the Israelis on edge. Although the Egyptian authorities have turned one of these back it seems the organisers are determined to go ahead even though they have had no response from Cairo.

Curious route - right under the noses of the Israelis in Eilat - not that the Jordanians had any alternative I suppose. One wonders if it might have a wee accident as it comes out of Aqaba. It seems to be a very long windy road to the Rafah crossing.

Wow, it sure seems like this is a conspiracy against Israel. There may just be some subtle messages being sent here, eh?

Strange considering Jordan has always refused to allow in Palestinian Refuge's. They clearly don't want them or Hamas.

Sounds more like a small group, probably funded from outside Jordan making a statement. Trades Union means SEIU most likely. You know, the non-violent group who is in the news for violent acts every few weeks.

Since all humanitarian aid is now allowed in, the only reason for anyone to raise a stink is if they are trying to get weapons in. Only weapons are not allowed now. You can be sure any ship refusing to be inspected is carrying weapons for the Terrorist group Hamas who rules Gaza.

I feel for the innocents in all of this, but only they can get rid of Hamas. You simply can not have a group who's only purpose is to commit genocide importing arms at will.

Now I defer to the lies forthcoming, defending Hamas and denying their own Charter.
