BERLIN - A couple who fixed a heavy chain to their 14-year-old son's ankle as an "educational measure" have been charged with criminal assault and maltreatment of children, German police say


This absolutely makes me sick. To know that kids are getting abused everyday. People always say "Whats wrong with kids these days?". Well I have a question for you. What the hell is wrong with some parents these days?? I hope this couple gets a long term in prison.
