Yes, I am asking ATS members to help me out with some job advice.

I have said it in one of my past posts that I have worked in the telecommunication field in the past. Sh*t happens, turns out that job is not for me. Now I honestly have no idea what to do. I was thinking of going for a masters in international relations or public relations. I am in Canada so getting a job is a little easier then getting one in the USA it would seem. I also have a passion or law; not sure if I should try the LSAT exam. Any suggestions would be helpful. International Relation, Public Relations, History, Humanities, Philosophy are all interests of mine. Now what would be the best degree to pick?

Thanks again for anyone who posts.

I would stay away from the Masters as it is not necessarily a career-orientated qualification. Also, given the nature of the economy, it's alittle too specific for, what I expect to be, a more flexible labour market in the future.

You could try a post grad. in business management with specialism in law, so you still have your generalist qualification (which includes marketing, operations, finance and HR) and your 'passion' covered.

Hope this helps and good luck.

P.s. if you feel an MSc in International Relations is for you and there is / will be a demand for it, then go for it!
