This could explain the duality of man that's talked about in some circles. Maybe, it's just a matter of scale and we're just wave/particle duality on a macroscopic scale.

This would mean our minds are probability waves. On a microscopic scale these waves and particles are non local. So the more you know a particles position the less you know it's momentum and vice versa.

On a macroscopic scale, the particle and the wave become local and you can know the position and momentum. So the probability wave becomes a standing wave when it's localized.

This would mean the mind is in a state of superposition and the brain decoheres the minds probabilities into one measured state.

This would truly be simple and elegant. It would say:

Wave/Particle duality applies to both microscopic and macroscopic objects. On a microscopic level, the particle and wave are non local. On a macroscopic level, the particle and wave become local.

This is why when you get to microscopic levels it's based on probabilities. This is because the particle/wave are non local vs the local macroscopic level.

This would explain why there's a difference between classical physics and quantum mechanics. The reason we see things in a classical way on a macroscopic level is because the body(particle) and the mind(wave) are localized and we can measure both location and position simultaneously.

So wave/particle duality could connect quantum mechanics and classical physics because it's just a matter of scale.

Damn straight. I did a research project on this. There is actually something called the ORCH-OR theory that explains how individual quantum particles in our brain might scientifically band together to form a quantum field on a very macroscopic level.

I am quite possibly the only person on this planet who gives a # about this particular idea enough to pursue it on a large scale. It is certainly going to be controversial.

I think this is very important because it explains things in a very simple and elegant way. Wave/Particle duality is extended to macroscopic objects and it's just a matter of scale.

Early quantum theorists treated the quantum–classical transition almost as a kind of sleight of hand, something that had to be imposed on quantum mechanics to recover the familiar world. Now, however, there are strong signs that the transition can be understood as something that emerges quite naturally and inevitably from quantum theory. If that's so, it implies that 'classicality' is at root simply another quantum phenomenon. “There's good reason to believe that we are just as much part of the quantum world as are the tiny atoms and electrons that sparked quantum theory in the first place,” says quantum theorist Maximilian Schlosshauer of the University of Melbourne in Australia.

I think it's just a matter of scale and when entangled quantum states reach a certain size, the probability waves become standing waves and a classical observer can know both position and momentum.

On a quantum level, the probability wave is spread out over different universes or branes.

So lack of information leads to the uncertainty of position and momentum. It's like a box that's taped up. You're uncertain about the contents of the box until you open it and see what's in the box and then you gain information and reduce uncertainty.

Our universe is like a box that can never be opened. This is because of infinity and the probability wave extends into other universes. This is why physicist are going into other extra dimensions or parallel universes to try to explain things. This is because our box(universe) doesn't contain all the information. So we have talk of braneworlds and bubble universes. We can look into the box at different angles and from different corners but there will always be a level of uncertainty because we can never open the box.

So we're projections of entangled quantum states and we're just a classical version of wave/particle duality.

How could you know there was a box without first experience of information?

Mybe information is mind, and body is experience of the information.
