Fox News reports the Border Patrol "verbally" canceled a conference set for May at a resort in Prescott after an official asked that it be moved out of concern over the immigration law debate. The Border Patrol has more than 4,000 agents in Arizona, representing nearly a quarter of its force. According to Fox, they had booked 40 rooms for the event before canceling, though there was no contract signed for the event,.

Is it just me or does this just not make any sense?

well it makes sense to me.
the drug cartel has threatened local police and they
have killed border agents before. What better way
to take out 4,000 agents than by attacking them
while they are all together. Remember Pearl Harbor??
The ships were all clumped together and made
easy targets for the japs.

Let's not repeat history, shall we !!!

The report says they pulled out because of the "immigration debate" and not because of potential threats.

Is there no shame here?
