MP3 Panda/MP3 Fiesta?

Does anyone here know if either of these sites are trustworthy?
I have read some reviews saying they're fine and others saying they're dodgy.

I have been after a CD/album for years and have located it on both these sites.

I don't like the fact that I have to register and can't use paypal.

Cannot find this anywhere else on line.... which is really annoying.

If anyone knows where I can get it.... or can anyone say whether or not they use these/this site and if they're reliable and safe to use?
