Hello,

Please take this as a compliment.

I see how you nail things down pretty good, so in my mind, when I see your avatar, I think to myself; "He's the Hammerhead!"

HAHAHA!! Best insult I've heard in a long time.

Regulations DO NOTHING
It's same old song and dance, Govt. throwing money at the problem

What did Ronald Raegan Say?
"The closest thing to eternal life on earth is a govt. department, once it's created they never close it"

Regulations do not work, just ask the SEC

What nonsense. A LACK of regulations can easily be shown as the source of the problem. If the MMS wasnt run by a bunch of industry cronies, existing regulations would have been better enforced and implemented.

This explains the sale of stocks by Hayward and Goldman Sachs.

Un-freakin-believable.

As much as my natural reaction is to blame halliburton, if it is true that they did the cementing job to BP's specifications, then it owuld seem that is also on BP's shoulders.

at first i thought halliburton did this, but as more and more evidence comes out that bp knew about this MONTHS in advance, it makes it seem like BP should shoulder the blame.

just my opinion
