Yes, the feds should take care of this. Obama even said so himself - right before sending in a budget proposal that CUTS funding for border enforcement.

Obviously, the problem is not with the AZ law ...

Oh well. This is hard stuff, I get it guys. Nobody said Constitutional law was easy. I don't think I would have bothered making such a case if I had known how difficult it would be for you guys to grasp the concepts being expressed.

Obviously, if you read any of my posts at all in this thread, you would realize that I have been making the case the entire time that the Federal immigration laws are the only Constitutional immigration laws.

That's all there is to it.

Immigration and border control at the federal level = Constitutional

Immigration and border control at the state level = Unconstitutional
