yet another new person

I have been lurking here for a while, registered last week and am posting today. I checked out the faq and the tutorials (nice work, btw).

I live the mecca of madness, LA, and have greatly enjoyed the whole AB goings-on.

Anyway, I may pop over to the "adopt a newbie" and sign up there to see if I can find some kind hearted and wise mentor in search of a protege'.
