Actually, this farcical multinational 'nuclear security conference' would conceal the ulterior motive of arming a few terrorist groups with nukes, either suitcase nukes or missile warheads and detonating them in densely populated areas, like NYC or LA.


The intent of nuclear terrorism: Mass panic, hysteria, anarchy and stock market collapses, all of which serve as a pretext for the imposition of martial law across the United States, with the U.S. military and law enforcement aided by foreign troops under the UN banner.
