Birth Certificate = Stock?

Well I've been looking around online and I have seen many videos and people saying that you can find a number on your social security card and birth certificate that links to a stock that was created when you were born. I'd like to know if this is true but I tried finding it through the number on the back of my social security card but no luck. None of the ways the videos say you can find it by seem to work. If anyone has any info on this, whether it's debunking or validating doesn't really matter to me. I'm just interested in seeing how true this actually is and if it is, I'd like to see it for myself. So if anyone has any tips on how I can do this through the number on the back of my social security card, I'd appreciate it.
