That is an old hoax, and this should be in the UFO section, not here.
If I remember correctly it was a restaurant or something like that that someone built there and then abandoned it. A helicopter pilot would take
people on tours to see this and he would tell them it was a ufo.
I don't think thats Mars. I think its the old hoax. Could be wrong thou, and if you put a link as to from where you found this it would be good to
find out a bit more on it. Anyways, looking at it, it does seem a hoax.
BTW this is already covered in another thread in this same forum.
