That in combination with HAARP like stations and a crapload of cell towers = shield.

Well...that's certainly new and creative. Cell towers now?

hmmm.

Of course, the need for better cellphone coverage, and better service standards, with better reception and fewer dropped calls, in a very competitive business in the USA has nothing to do with that "crapload" of cell towers. Yup, nothing at all to do wit hit.

HAARP like stations

?? Please, provide documentation of these so-called "HAARP-like" stations. The only HAARP facility known is in Alaska.....and it's quite large, and not any secret. In fact, it has a website you can review to see what it does (and more importantly, does NOT do).

In a nutshell, HAARP has nothing to do with contrails (and "chem"trails are a fantasy).

HAARP is involved with the ionosphere, part of our atmosphere well, well higher than the altitudes where jets fly, and form contrails....

~~~There are plenty of valid "conspiracies" out there to investigate --- "chem"trails (and HAARP) aren't. HAARP exists, of course, but doesn't do what the "fear mongers" claim, and "chem"trails are just outright fear-mongering, plain and simple.

Are you even kidding me?

Do you have any idea the amount of EM power all around us thanks to cellphones, tvs, haarp, etc?

You want to easily dismiss the idea. Because you have no fundamental understanding of the technology.

Just try to grasp, the power each cellphone, and celltower outputs as EM as a whole.
