All he said was that he believes that all Americans should be able to have affordable healthcare (at :18) and that, and this is the important part, he thinks that it's important that as the 41st Republican senator, he'll be able to "take it back to the drawing board (at :30).
Saying that he thinks that it important for all to have healthcare doesn't mean that he supports Obamacare. Who knows, maybe he'll try to reform the legal system so that people can't get sue happy with doctors (which is the root problem as to why costs are high).
I must commend you though for paying more attention to the twenty seconds of the 42 second video were Senator Brown wasn't talking (and the rest of this blog post as well).
