11 and multiples of 11.

I have been looking for information about the 11:11 phenomenon on this site.Some have classified the 11:11 phenomenon as a cognitive bias and some have called it as a signal from higher levels of consciousness. In most of the cases that I saw, it was only the 11:11 number that people were seeing.

My query to fellow ATSers is this: What if a person sees not only 11 but also multiples of 11 regularly? For e.g: 13:07(1+3+0+7=11),7:22(7+2+2),22:33 etc. Does this qualify as a part of 11:11 phenomenon?
