Don't know if this' been mentioned, but I'm pretty sure '20 12 2012' is a star date, and NOT December 20th, 2012.

What is a "Star Date" exactly, other than my date with Heather Graham? (That's RIGHT, Mirthful Me, she CHEATED on you, and she said I wasn't HALF the man you are! HAHAHAHA! Wait a minute... that's a bad thing )
