Obama himself admitted he had a drug problem in his books.
He said he 'struggled' with drugs. That's a drug problem.
And it was pretty clear that Bush was on something the last few years in office.

I had a checklist going once upon a time. It hasn't been over the first or last year but from the moment he was elected. The list really does go on...executive orders, fema camps, internet, the golf incidents, the substance abuse, now the gay lover. Everything Bush got picked on almost to the T. This might be one of those things that if you don't see it for yourself, you don't get.
