Why is North Korea so clearly ablaze in this NASA photo?

earthobservatory.nasa.gov...

NASA say agricultural fires, but just look at it compared to the south...

When was this photo taken maybe it is something that is done yearly like burning sugarcane.

april 16 this year.

yeah probably agricultural, just struck by the contrast with south korea so i doubt theyre natural.
