That's not my headline folks it comes from the Huffington post.
You can read about the traitor here

Well she is not saying he's a traitor, Dick Cheney is.

Barack Obama is a traitor. That's what Dick Cheney said. Too bad Tiger Woods stepped on the story. The decision to try Khalid Shaikh Mohammed in New York, Cheney said on the eve of Obama's speech on Afghanistan, is "likely to give encouragement -- aid and comfort -- to the enemy."

Article Three, Section 3, of the Constitution defines "Treason against the United States" as consisting "only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort

I used an article from this rag to be fair to the left the article is not complimentary to Cheney but still to have the V.P. who was in office less than a year ago in effect call the sitting pres. a traitor is pretty hard core.

Dick ought be careful what he says about BO. He's just a document release and a phone call away from a war crimes tribunal...and BO is the man that can put him there

Aside from that, Dick is a moron....and a poor shot

Well considering the article was a joke. Comparing the 9/11 conspirators trial in NY to the Nuremburg trial is pathetic. As for Cheney good for him, calling out Obama. Here is the real conspiracy, it was ignored by the msm because it could have been true. For all the talk about Iraq being a illegal war what about all the scandal around Koffi Annon [?] and his run in the UN and the oil for food scandal? Or about Hussien breaking the sanctions placed on him? What good are they if not enforced? We see how sitting with your thumb placed somewhere worked with N. Korea

I would disagree more with former VP Cheney, not because he is wrong about the method for which the trials are being shaped, but for the accusation of Treason against a current sitting president.
If, this was an actual declared war, with articles, goals and including the rights of all involved were followed, then perhaps he would be correct. But as during his time in office, there was no declaration of war, only to grant the president to use US troops for a military action, and the current move by the sitting president to make this a civil trial, it is not Treason.
I believe it is a bad choice on the part of President Obama, as civil trials are part of public record.
What has happened is that this all has become highly public and political in nature. I also believe that he could have accomplished such with a military fashion, yet has chosen not to. Only time and history will tell if it is a risk and gamble that is worth it.

I wouldn't bother with anything Cheney says he no longer holds office and is an idealogical manic raging lunatic . Bush did himself and the rest of us a big favour by leaving office with dignity which has meant he has remained quiet . Cheney on the other hand is like John Howard going around preaching about how good his government was , of course he fails to mention how he is only one of a handful of Australian Prime Minsters to have lost his seat .

Barack Obama is a traitor.

Here's a much better article written by a vet that shows just how treasonous he is.

As the commander, he is personally responsible for these treasonous actions.

The US government is completely out of control, totally criminal, and led by a villain that puts the Joker to shame.

Click all the links in the story.

Every one of them is worth reading.

Funding our enemies, arming our enemies, and colluding with industry to launder billions in drugs is high treason.

Actually, he's guilty of perjury for that.

He swore an oath to uphold the constitution.

Willful violation of that oath can be prosecuted under perjury by our system of common law.

Just like a witness who gives false testimony at a trial, sworn officials who willfully violate their oaths are guilty of lying under oath.

Oh, how the intelligent conversations have fallen.

Just like Bush Jr. Obama is going to have the constitution interpreted any way he so chooses to fit his agenda.

Law makers make the laws. Judges enforce them.

When you have both of those in your pocket, do you really think anything is going to happen?

And for that matter, the constitution basically says that income tax is illegal...so then every president who's ever been in office is subject to criminal prosecution.

But it'll never happen.

So drop the petty arguments. They never work and make people who use them appear weak minded.

Willful violation of a sworn oath of office is not petty.

Its flippant attitudes about it like yours that have brought this country to its knees.

I would like to see corruption by federal elected officials and government employees be equated with treason. Pelosi's self dealing in America Samoa, Baucus's payments to mistresses, Rangel's tax evasion and others(the list is endless) all probably do more to bring down the republic than selling nuclear secrets.

You mean a member of the Administration that viewed American citizens as the enemy and had no problem breaking the laws in order to spy on them is calling someone else a traitor?

Isn't this sort of like a paedophile calling someone else a pervert?

I guess not torturing POW's is treason now.

Stretching that "comfort" clause a little thin aren't we Cheney?
